Our Mission

The Children’s Ministry at Fawn Lake Church exists to partner with parents in leading children to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out God’s love—building a strong spiritual foundation that lasts a lifetime.

Our Vision

We envision a safe, joyful, and Christ-centered environment where children:

  • Learn God’s Word in age-appropriate ways

  • Experience God’s love through caring relationships

  • Grow in faith, character, and confidence

  • Discover that church is a place where they belong

Who We Serve

Our Children’s Ministry is designed for children from:

  • Nursery (infants–2 years)

  • Preschool (ages 3–5)

  • Elementary (Kindergarten–5th Grade)

Each group is guided by trained, caring volunteers who are passionate about helping children grow in Christ.

What We Teach

Our lessons are Bible-based, engaging, and practical, helping children understand:

  • Who God is

  • Why Jesus loves them

  • How to pray

  • How to live out their faith at home, school, and with friends

Teaching methods include:

  • Interactive Bible stories

  • Music and worship

  • Crafts and hands-on activities

  • Games that reinforce biblical truths

Safety & Care

Your child’s safety is our top priority. Fawn Lake Church is committed to providing a secure and nurturing environment, including:

  • Volunteer background checks

  • Secure check-in and check-out procedures

  • Age-appropriate classrooms

  • Clean, well-supervised spaces

Parents can worship with confidence knowing their children are loved and protected.

When We Meet

  • Sunday Mornings: Children’s classes during worship service

  • Special Events: Vacation Bible School, holiday programs, family nights, and seasonal activities

Family Partnership

We believe parents are the primary spiritual leaders in a child’s life. Our ministry supports families by:

  • Providing take-home resources

  • Encouraging family prayer and Bible reading

  • Hosting family-friendly events

  • Maintaining open communication with parents
